Late-arrival policy for summer camp
Clients arriving more than an hour late for camp must let the foreman know by calling the Mountain Valley ahead of time. If they are meeting in Honey Coulee and the foreman is not notified, the group may head into camp without them. In this case, parents may have to wait several hours or arrange a separate drop off time for their child.
Cancellation Policy
Wilderness Ranch reserves the right to change or cancel any itinerary or service at any time due to insufficient enrolment, bad weather conditions or other reasons. A full refund or credit of the camp will be provided, without penalty to Wilderness Ranch. We do our best to keep clients informed of any changes. Please ensure your personal and emergency contact information is up to date in our system.
Weather and Environmental Conditions Policy
We will make every effort to provide our clients with the best and safest experience in the available conditions, which may include alternative destinations where needed to give them the best experience with the conditions at the time. If a client elects to not participate on a given day due to the nature of either weather or conditions, we will be unable to offer a credit or refund.
Summary
Before the start of any week of camp, a substantial amount of time and effort is invested by our dedicated staff to meticulously plan and prepare all logistical aspects. We believe in delivering exceptional experiences to all who come to camp. Therefore, we make financial commitments well in advance of each camp to ensure we have the correct quantity and quality of food, staff and horses.
We recognize that sometimes events outside our control may limit one’s ability to participate in a week of camp, so please contact us if you have any questions.
